The iconic, earthy scent of patchouli is freshened up with a hint of sweet orange. The swirls are made with cocoa giving a delicious hint of chocolate. Patchouli is reputedly aphrodisiac, and is a lovely balancing essential oil for the skin,  particularly for skins prone to oiliness or acne.
