If you would like to return or exchange an item bought online we accept them within 14 days of purchase.

The return can be exchanged either for an alternative item or a credit to one of our gift cards, which can be spent online or in store.

The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent out.

Only if you are returning an item because it is faulty can we offer a refund.

We must be notified of any damaged or faulty item within 3 days of delivery.

Any refunds can take up to 5 days to process and be received back into your bank account.

We only cover return postage costs if the item is damaged or faulty.
