Pretty Sterling Silver pendant with a pear shaped claw set synthetic opal. Such a classy little pendant, created by local jeweller, Annelies of Me Jewellies.

The pendant itself measures approximately 2cm long and 1cm, including the top loop. The opal measures 1cm by 0.5cm.

Synthetic opal has been made in a laboratory. It has the same chemical and physical properties as natural, mined opal. That means that synthetic opal is still real opal.
